Flexible Scheduling – We will work around your schedule regardless of position. COVID-19 Precautions – All Staff complete screening at the beginning of their shift for COVID-19 symptoms. We adhere to strong protocols, including persistent store sanitizing to help keep our staff safe.

Open Book Management –We believe that teaching staff about how our business works helps us serve our customers better and makes us all more successful. Staff are paid to attend weekly huddles that shape our business provide opportunities for all staff participate in how we run our business. Open book management is a progressive and winning management system for the future.

Lucrative Compensation – In addition to hourly pay, all staff members’ pay is supplemented by a tipping system. All staff receive paid time off benefits or anniversary bonuses, and generous food discounts. Company funded health insurance is available. All staff can participate in our Open Book Management-driven bonus program called “Gainshare.” You’ll learn more about this at orientation.
